The luminaire combines an effective sealing system with durable LED components and selected materials based on MANI’s extensive industrial lighting experience. A diffuser made from German-imported Covestro (Bayer) food-grade polycarbonate (PC) provides high mechanical strength, UV resistance, and long-term optical stability, while 100% stainless steel external components ensure excellent corrosion resistance and compliance with hygiene and safety requirements, including food processing environments, livestock farming facilities, and other high-cleanliness industrial areas. With IP67 ingress protection, IK10 impact resistance, and a chemically resistant material system, the luminaire withstands moisture, steam, dust, mechanical impact, oils, lubricants, and ammonia vapors, ensuring reliable long-term operation.

Designed for space-constrained industrial areas, the luminaire is available in a Ø45 mm compact format and delivers uniform, high-visibility illumination. A 120° wide beam angle, combined with LED sources featuring CRI > 80 and SDCM < 3, provides even light distribution, controlled glare, and consistent color quality. The luminaire offers a standard luminous efficacy of 120 lm/W, with up to 150 lm/W available as an option to meet higher efficiency requirements. The product is CE and RoHS certified, meeting applicable safety and environmental compliance requirements.
