Description

MANI LED tubular luminaires are designed for industrial and commercial applications where durability, functional reliability, and efficiency are essential. Engineered for long service life, stable performance, and robust mechanical construction, the luminaire supports a lower total cost of ownership in demanding operating conditions.

 

Drawing on MANI’s extensive experience in industrial lighting projects, the luminaire combines an effective sealing system with durable LED components and selected materials. The diffuser, manufactured from German-imported Covestro (Bayer) food-grade polycarbonate (PC), provides high mechanical strength, UV resistance, and long-term optical stability. Combined with 100% stainless steel external components, the structure delivers excellent corrosion resistance and complies with hygiene and safety requirements for demanding environments such as food processing facilities, cold storage areas, and washdown zones.

 

With IP67 ingress protection, IK10 impact resistance, and a chemically resistant material system, the luminaire withstands moisture, steam, dust, oils, lubricants, ammonia vapors, and mechanical impact, ensuring reliable long-term operation in industrial plants, parking garages, tunnels, metro and railway stations, technical corridors, logistics centers, agricultural facilities, and other harsh or hygiene-critical environments.

Designed for industrial facilities and public infrastructure, the luminaire is available in a Ø70 mm format and delivers uniform, high-visibility illumination. A 120° wide beam angle, combined with LED sources featuring CRI > 80 and SDCM < 3, ensures even light distribution, controlled glare, and consistent color quality. The product is CE and RoHS certified, meeting applicable safety and environmental compliance requirements.

The luminaire delivers a 120° wide beam with UGR < 21, achieving 120 lm/W as standard and up to 150 lm/W optional, with a mercury-free LED source rated at 50,000 h (L80 / B10) for stable long-term performance.

High-Efficiency Driver & Electrical Performance

Equipped with Tridonic high-efficiency isolated LED drivers, supporting ON/OFF and dimmable control options, the luminaire delivers flicker-free operation, PF > 0.95, and stable current output, ensuring reliable electrical performance and extended LED service life in demanding applications.

Flexible Wiring & Fast Installation

The product supports optional through-wiring, compatible with 3-core and 5-core through cables, allowing users to select the most suitable wiring solution based on project requirements.

Two wiring options are available:

  • Cable gland connection – factory pre-wired with integrated power cable, enabling quick installation without internal on-site wiring;

  • Quick-connect terminal – connection can be completed with the terminal in the open position and supports daisy-chain installation of multiple luminaires, significantly improving installation efficiency and connection reliability.

Smart Control & Emergency Options (Optional)

The luminaire can be equipped with an integrated microwave motion sensor for occupancy-based control, reducing energy consumption. Detection area, hold time, and daylight threshold are adjustable to suit different installation conditions.

Emergency versions with a long-life lithium-ion battery are available, providing up to 3 hours of emergency lighting to support safe illumination of evacuation routes and critical areas during power failure.
