Description

Drawing on MANI’s extensive experience in industrial lighting projects, this tubular luminaire is engineered for harsh industrial environments where chemical exposure, frequent washdown, temperature variation and long-term material stability are decisive factors.

To meet these requirements, the luminaire features a high-borosilicate glass tubular housing with excellent resistance to thermal shock, chemical corrosion and surface abrasion, maintaining stable structural integrity and optical performance even under continuous exposure to cleaning agents, moisture and acidic or alkaline conditions. Its dense, non-porous glass surface withstands repeated chemical cleaning and high-pressure washdown without material degradation, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring consistent hygiene and long-term reliability.

Combined with 100% stainless steel external components, a triple sealing system, and a central compression design that ensures uniform gasket pressure, the luminaire achieves IP69K ingress protection against high-pressure, high-temperature washdown, along with IK07 impact resistance appropriate for borosilicate glass construction. This integrated design ensures reliable long-term operation with minimal maintenance, making the luminaire well suited for industrial plants, food processing facilities, cold storage areas, agricultural buildings and washdown zones, as well as other hygiene-critical and highly contaminated environments.

Efficient Lighting & Visual Comfort

An optimized internal optical structure delivers uniform, controlled illumination with 120° beam distribution and UGR < 21 for visual comfort. The luminaire achieves 120 lm/W as standard, up to 150 lm/W optional, and uses a mercury-free LED source rated at 50,000 h (L80 / B10) for stable long-term performance.

Smart Control & Emergency Options (Optional)

The luminaire is available with an integrated microwave motion sensor using high-impedance sensing technology, enabling lighting only when occupancy is detected to reduce unnecessary energy consumption. Detection area, hold time, and daylight threshold are configurable, allowing the system to be adapted to different installation heights, layouts, and operational requirements. A shutdown warning function supports further energy optimization in low-traffic areas while maintaining required safety levels.

Emergency versions are available with a long-life lithium-ion battery, providing up to 3 hours of emergency lighting in the event of a power failure. The emergency system is designed for reliable operation and supports safe illumination of evacuation routes and critical areas.
